At Vana Ritual, every product is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, LEAKING OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs and videos of the product and its packaging. After inspection and approval, a free replacement will be shipped.

Because the Elixir is a personal-care product, products that have been opened, used, altered, diluted, mixed, tampered with, contaminated, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

For eligible discretionary returns, a ₹299 return handling and inspection charge will be deducted from the refund. This deduction will not apply if the product received was damaged, defective, leaking, missing, or incorrect.
